4.5.2. Clasificación – Classification
Existen muchos tipos de adverbios. A continuación se muesta una tabla con una clasificación básica de los adverbios que responde a una alta frecuencia de aparición en la bibliografía elemental de las ciencias empresariales.

| Modo | easily, gently, efficiently, badly, simply, heavily | This new project is responding efficiently to the company’s needs. |
| Tiempo | currently, now, lately, recently, tomorrow, soon | There has been an accident in the factory recently. |
| Frecuencia | never, always, sometimes, often, regularly, rarely | This manager never explains the tasks to the new staff. |
| Lugar | abroad, here, outside, there, somewhere, upstairs, inside | The company is making the arrangements to export its new products abroad. |
| Comentario del autor | fortunately, obviously, ideally honestly, personaly, | Fortunately, the government has removed imports barriers to local factories. |
| Unión entre oraciones | however, so, consequently, conversely, thus, accordingly | This is a good project. However, there are some improvements to be done to it. |
